All our fish is responsibly sourced, which means the way we source it is traceable, transparent and trustworthy.

Healthy

High in protein and low in fat: not a bad combo. And when you add to that all the vitamins and minerals in our fish, you have a pretty strong case for eating it two or three times a week.

I’m Fred and I’ve worked with fish every day for the last 30 years. I started by supplying lobsters to posh restaurants – but these days it’s all about decent portions of responsibly sourced seafood at honest prices. Well, the good stuff is far too tasty to save for special.
