All our fish has been given the big thumbs up by the ASC and MSC, which means the way we source it is traceable, transparent and trustworthy.


High in protein and low in fat: not a bad combo. And when you add to that all the vitamins and minerals in our fish, you have a pretty strong case for eating it two or three times a week.
