Fred's whole sea bass, Mediterranean vegetable traybake and pesto

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the chickpeas in a baking tray then top with the prepared vegetables and the whole sea bass.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Once cooked dress with the pesto.

For extra flavour, try stuffing with your favourite herbs and lemons.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pack of Fish Said Fred Whole Sea bass
  • ½ red onion - sliced
  • ½ courgette - roughly chopped
  • 3 mini peppers - quartered
  • ½ tin chickpeas - opened and drained
  • 3-4 tsp pesto
