Fred's tuna katsu with jasmine rice and edamame beans

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Cook the rice according to pack instructions
  3. Cook the Fish Said Fred Tuna Katsu according to the pack instructions.
  4. Spoon the aromatic rice onto plates. Top with the Tuna Katsu bites and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh chopped spring onion. 

This is perfect served with a side of edamame beans and sliced cucumber!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pack of Fish Said Fred Tuna Katsu
  • 1 cup of long-grain white rice (such as Basmati or Jasmine)
  • 1½ cups of water (for the rice)
  • Fresh spring onion, roughly chopped
