- In a hot pan or wok, add your veggies along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until they have a nice colour but still keep a bit of a bite.
- At the last moment, add your chilli and ginger to keep the dish light and fresh.
- Pan-fry the sea bass for 5 mins until cooked, then add the lovely flavoured butter that comes with it (have a read of the instructions on the back of the pack for guidance).
- Plate your veggies and put the sea bass on top, pouring the melted butter over the fish to finish.
Add some extra chilli if you like your food to have a bit of a kick. Personally, I love a bit of spice and always double up when it comes to chillies.
