Fred’s sea bass with chilli, ginger and sesame greens

  1. In a hot pan or wok, add your veggies along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until they have a nice colour but still keep a bit of a bite.

  2. At the last moment, add your chilli and ginger to keep the dish light and fresh.

  3. Pan-fry the sea bass for 5 mins until cooked, then add the lovely flavoured butter that comes with it (have a read of the instructions on the back of the pack for guidance).

  4. Plate your veggies and put the sea bass on top, pouring the melted butter over the fish to finish.

Add some extra chilli if you like your food to have a bit of a kick. Personally, I love a bit of spice and always double up when it comes to chillies.
