- Stir your sauce ingredients together.
- Chop your garlic and ginger, slice your red onion and red pepper, then fry in a wok over a high heat. As soon as your veg starts to colour, throw in your pak choi, green beans and tenderstem broccoli, then cook for another 5-6 mins. Once all of your veg is cooked but still crunchy, add your cooked noodles and the sauce.
- Cook your salmon according to the instructions on the pack.
- Place your veggies and noodles in a shallow bowl and top with your salmon. Sprinkle with spring onions, and tuck in.
