Fred’s wild keta salmon with sesame noodles and Asian veg

  1. Stir your sauce ingredients together.

  2. Chop your garlic and ginger, slice your red onion and red pepper, then fry in a wok over a high heat. As soon as your veg starts to colour, throw in your pak choi, green beans and tenderstem broccoli, then cook for another 5-6 mins. Once all of your veg is cooked but still crunchy, add your cooked noodles and the sauce.

  3. Cook your salmon according to the instructions on the pack.

  4. Place your veggies and noodles in a shallow bowl and top with your salmon. Sprinkle with spring onions, and tuck in.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 pack of Fred’s wild keta salmon fillets

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For the veg:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 heads of pak choi

Handful of green beans

  • 1 pack of tenderstem broccoli
  • 1 pack of your fave noodles, cooked
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, finely sliced
